What is One Tree Planted, and why did we become a partner?

One Tree Planted is a global non-profit organization that aims to help our planet fight global warming and deforestation by planting trees on almost every continent in the world.

As Primetric, we care a lot about the quality of our services and strive to create the best software dedicated to small and medium-sized IT service businesses. As a management board, we want to combine this vision with the opportunity to drive a positive change to the natural environment. 

Starting today, we will be planting one tree for every NPS completed by Primetric users.

Regardless of whether it’s positive, neutral, or negative - every opinion is crucial to us and it helps us improve our product.

Why did we pick One Tree Planted?

The answer is simple. Because it’s the most recognizable and internationally proven organization that supports our planet’s ecosystem.

To date, One Tree Planted activists have planted over 27 million trees. Moreover, the organization is supported by the United Nations.

We want to be part of this global movement and contribute.

As a Primetric user, you can choose on which continent or in which country you’d like to have your tree planted.

‍All you need to do is let us know in a comment of the NPS or the e-mail response, and we will transfer the funds to plant a tree in the country of your choice.

Otherwise, One Tree Planted will choose countries where trees are most needed.

For our Polish clients, we also offer the option to plant trees in Poland through cooperation with Posadzimy.pl.

FAQ

Can I plant more than one tree?

Of course! NPS surveys are sent quarterly. This means that you can plant up to 4 trees per year.

In addition, for submitting reviews on Capterra / G2 portals, you can plant an additional 20 trees at a time.

Can I check how many trees you planted?

Of course! Here you can find how many trees we've already planted together with our customers 🌱🌳🌲

Is there anything else that I need to do to plant a tree?

No! The whole process is very simple: at the end of each month, we collect the received NPS and plant trees on your behalf.
